Full Service Mechanical Contractor Michael (Mike) D. Arnold is a seasoned general contractor with over twenty years of experience who truly lives up to his company’s moniker of “J.O.A.T” (Jack Of All Trades). Mike’s twenty plus years of construction experience includes more than ten years of commercial construction and more than fourteen years of residential construction in all major general contracting areas including, but not limited to; masonry, concrete, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, HVAC, refrigeration, and landscaping. Mike has an innate ability to lead diverse teams to complete detailed projects on time and within budget. Mike combines his building diagnostic skills with his visualization skills to determine what a particular building needs to operate safely, properly and efficiently. Mike has the ability to help businesses and individuals to understand how an existing structure can be modified / upgraded to meet their projected potential needs while compensating for unforeseen deadline obstacles. He is certified in HVAC, EPA as well as other certifications. Mike enthusiastically, brings his construction project management experience and his crew management experience to HIM By HER Integrity Consulting (HBHIC) clients while successfully operating his own J.O.A.T. Renovation Services, LLC.
