Gregory Gadson
Business/Entity Development and Communication Consultant
Gregory P. Gadson is a detail-oriented writer, creative problem solver, and strategic planner with executive director experience. His writing experience includes many projects over the years related to business,
non-profit, technical, marketing, advocacy, and creative writing. He has helped non-profit, entrepreneurial, and emerging-growth entities with funding proposals, business plans, entity creation and structure (including Section 501(c)(3) status), governance, board-of-director and officer training, strategic planning, and others.
Also informed by his long-term legal experience as an attorney, Gadson has
counseled many entities regarding intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, rights of publicity/personality rights (name, image, likeness)), name and service branding and marketing campaigns, and contracts and contractual procedures. He has also worked with entities regarding public relations and press
releases.
